The Dinosaur Stomp by Koo Koo Kanga Roo was a great Brain Break this week. We had a chance to get up out of our seats to get our bodies and brains flowing. There was a lot of laughter, and a LOT of great dinosaur stomping!
The video was great. My favorite part was the opening the jaws part.I like it so much I could watch it 5 more times in a row. This is a post from 10/25/2012

This dance is fun but sometimes I need a change so I think we should do like real dances like, hmmm, the Cupid Shuffle or something that would be fun for everyone because we could get a little annoying to have to watch the dance while doing it because I have to admit,it is a little bit tricky.Well that is just my opinion though. What does everyone else think?

I agree we need to mix things up! That's why we do one Brain Break a week. You're right though, it's tough to learn a new dance by watching it and trying to do the moves as quickly as they do! :)

I loved the Dinosaur Stomp. No offense but I think I like this one better than the Sid Shuffle. My favorite part was the 4 corners because if you did not pay attention you would get lost and because its kind of fast.
Which one is your favorite?

I really enjoy doing brain break because it gives us a chance to stretch out if we've been sitting at our desks the whole day. Also if we're about to do a test then it can help us wake-up a little so we can concentrate better.
What are some other reasons that brain break helps us?

I think this is a really fun video for people who are board. It gets you upbeat and happy. Instead of being board watch this video to see if you turn happy and want to do things 😄
